By ordering from Cozy Canada Beanbags, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is completed through our Shopify checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but not for orders already placed.

Pickup

• We are pickup only — we do not ship beanbags.
• Pickup is at 250 Trowers Road, Unit 2, Woodbridge, Ontario, by appointment.
• Please arrange your pickup within 30 days of ordering, or contact us to make other arrangements.
• Bring a vehicle that can fit your size — Jumbo beanbags need a large SUV, van or truck.

Product variation

Our beanbags are made in small batches, so fabric colour, texture and dimensions may vary slightly from the photos on this site.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturing defects in seams, zippers or covers will be repaired or replaced. Normal wear, misuse, staining and bead settling are not covered; settled beanbags can be refilled at the showroom.

Safety

Beanbags are not sleep products for infants. Keep filling beads away from young children and pets, and keep zippers closed.

Our returns and exchange terms are set out on the Returns page and form part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
