We want you to love your beanbag. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll work it out with you.

Returns window

Unused beanbags in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of pickup for a refund of the purchase price. Bring your order confirmation with you to the showroom.

Condition

• The cover must be clean, unstained and free of odours (including smoke and pet hair).
• Original tags and packaging should be included where possible.
• Custom orders and clearance items are final sale.

Exchanges

Picked the wrong size? Within 14 days you can exchange for another size and pay or be refunded the difference, as long as the beanbag meets the condition above.

Damaged or defective

If a seam, zipper or cover fails because of a manufacturing defect, contact us with a photo and we'll repair or replace it. This covers workmanship, not normal wear, misuse or bead settling over time.

Bead settling

All beanbags settle with use. Rather than a return, bring your beanbag to the showroom and we'll top it up with fresh Ontario-made beads.

How to start a return

Email info@beanbagz.ca or call 905-850-2080 with your order number. We'll book a time for you to bring it back to 250 Trowers Road, Unit 2, Woodbridge, Ontario. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
